Every morning at the long table in our stone wine bar, among the pebble mosaics.

Fresh bread, local cheese and ham, and coffee before you head down to the lake. In the evening the same room becomes our wine bar, open to everyone.

From small family vineyards in the hills above the lake, picked by hand and made in small batches.

Our Amfora rosé ferments on its skins in clay amphorae buried in the ground, the oldest way of making wine there is.
